I purchased a game on December 5th for 30 euros via PayPal. It didn’t meet my expectations, so I’d like to request a refund and have the money returned without it going into my Steam Wallet. Does Steam handle this type of request?

I agree with your question and I was surprised by how quickly the refund process worked. Steam customer support helped me get my money back in PayPal within 15 minutes.
