Hello. I'm working through this problem you're facing. Here are your PC details: CPU = A4 6300, RAM = 8 GB (2x4 GB), RAM DIMM = DDR3-1866, PSU = 80+Bronze 550W, GPU = RX 570 4GB, motherboard = Asus A58m-E. The main concern is a bottleneck—I'm expecting to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 3500X soon. I recently installed the GPU to improve performance, but it won't boot at all. I've tried basic fixes like resetting BIOS and disconnecting all connections, sometimes it powers on briefly before shutting down. After resetting BIOS again and removing the GPU, the system boots normally. I can use the whole setup by hot-plugging the RX 570 onto my motherboard without issues. Until then, I suspect the PSU isn't providing enough power for the GPU to start up correctly. I only have one PSU installed, so I can't verify that. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!

You're considering a PSU issue, right? Did you receive your power supply from Microcenter? Their brand is Powerspec, which is often criticized for reliability under heavy use. That could explain the problem if that's the case.

Make sure you have the correct wattage and brand, and confirm the 8-pin connection is properly set up for your GPU.

It lacks an 8-pin connector but includes 6+2 pins, which is why I'm using that setup. Here are some pictures of my PSU (sorry about the dust). Thanks again for your assistance.

Old AMD models are just bad quality. Keep waiting until you can upgrade to Ryzen.

I suggest replacing it with an EVGA or Corsair 500w or higher. First, reinsert the GPU and connect the 8-pin power cable. Restart the PC and let it idle for roughly 15 minutes. After that, power off the computer using the power button and wait about 20 minutes before trying again. This allows Windows time to install the necessary driver automatically. This situation occurred with my first Vega installation—it took around 15 minutes for an image to appear on the first boot.
