try to capture audio solely from your graphics card, not from any other source unless you use external speakers; in that case, rely on the motherboard's output (which includes the MSI center) for the necessary signal. I'm curious about why you're having trouble finding a solution.

In Device Manager > View make sure "Show hidden devices" is selected.

Even after a new Windows 11 setup, the issue persisted. Multiple attempts to install Realtek drivers failed, and the drivers didn't show up post-restart. The solution came from swapping out the motherboard.
