I bought an aftermarket cooler for my Ryzen 3700X and everything seems fine except for static noise coming from the panel connectors. The monitor also doesn’t make any sound over the HDMI cable. I attempted to reinstall drivers and Windows but had no success. It looks like something might have been damaged on the motherboard while handling the cooler—maybe I need a new one or just a sound card instead? All other parts are working perfectly, and I can still play games normally except for a single beep at startup.
It doesn't make sense here—it's about Ryzen. Just verify the 4-pin fan connector.

Will get this little thing just to check , if that does not work will try to untighten screws and i did check the audio connector seems fine removed it and pluged back in nothing changed

Swapped out the old cooler (took out the motherboard too, removed all the wires and stuff), but everything still works the same... only static.
