Hey there, I’m really struggling with this issue. Previously I faced a problem where no audio device or speakers were connected, so I looked into solutions like DDU or Device Manager. My Wi-Fi also wasn’t functioning properly. After a reset, the Windows version didn’t fix it—my fresh install still had the same issue. Maybe I needed to download drivers, but nothing helped. I checked Lenevo’s site, AMD Chipsets, and even some third-party fixes, but they didn’t resolve the problem.

I downloaded AMD drivers and Tech, and now ACP HDA NODE appears with a question mark. I’m trying DDU again, wiped my GPU drivers, and reinstalled them, but it’s still not working. I tried everything: amd audio device (not matching my model), high definition audio, Realtek driver, hardware checks—everything seems fine physically.

On the day I reset, my phone worked, but now it’s completely dead. Some strange events happened after the reset, and now only my TV HDMI cable is working. I’m exhausted, unsure what to do next. Please help—I’ve been trying for a week and still nothing. Thank you.

Remembered it’s a laptop with a Ryzen 3500U Vega 8 processor and 8GB of RAM.
