You can often find drivers for your system on the motherboard’s official site, typically in the "support" area. For prebuilt setups, they usually list drivers on their support page as well. Whenever you start a new PC, it’s a good idea to get the latest drivers.

I need to install the drivers again, but I already did that. The audio drivers from MSI were downloaded, yet they aren't functioning properly.

Do you own a specific soundcard or are you connecting through your motherboard's audio ports? Which soundcard or motherboard model are you using? Are there audio jacks positioned at the front of your case, and if yes, do they function properly?
