I own a gaming MOBO with an MSI Z270 M7, an I7 7700K with 16GB DDR4 RAM, and a GTX1060. I’ve been using a headset stand that supports USB audio, but it stopped working last night. When I connected my headphones to the back of the motherboard and the front of the case, only monitor sound came through. I downloaded the Realtek driver from MSI, but it appears installed yet not visible in Device Manager. I also tried getting it directly from Realtek without success.

I've checked it, it appears to be listed in the programs but not via Device Manager.
