There seems to be a problem with the GPU connection, possibly due to a lost PCIe signal or a failing driver. Since this issue appeared after installing a new graphics card, have you attempted to reinsert it?

I kept encountering issues with GPUs that required more than a modest overclock, such as pushing over +15Mhz which caused problems. Others mentioned adjusting the clock speed down if they had an "overclocked" version to restore normal performance.

My PC is an MSI 1050 Ti. I haven't changed the GPU yet, and I'm only experiencing crashes in Overwatch. Other games seem to work normally.

Which version are we talking about? It's not necessarily a factory overclock, but some titles handle overclocking differently. You might want to lower the core clock by around 100 and reduce memory usage by about 50 to see the effect.

I also attempted to reinstall the GPU and lower its clock speed, but it didn’t help.

I understand this setup is quite old, but the same error keeps appearing. You mentioned having an RX470, but you might also try using a different model from NVIDIA. The solution seems to be turning on GPU Scaling, which I did and it resolved the problem without any further issues.

this seems to be a setup issue in the game settings. I suspect it's related to VRAM adjustments, as you mentioned stability with higher values but crashes otherwise. Some titles avoid overclocking due to performance sensitivity.
