I've shared my experience before, wondering if others faced driver problems with the latest NVIDIA updates. Most reported no issues, but whenever I switch to drivers other than 522.25+, I encounter strange crashes in Fortnite or Minecraft, sometimes in lobbies or during gameplay. Running a known driver beforehand usually works without problems, but after updating, it might function temporarily or fail completely. Other games seem fine except Minecraft post-Dec 8 update, OSU, and Apex. It’s puzzling since I’m trying to fix performance issues. Could Fortnite not understand NVIDIA drivers? I’ve kept my GPU on an older driver for stability, but it struggles with the new versions. The crashes keep happening, and I’m unsure if my GPU is the problem or if Fortnite isn’t compatible. I’m trying to figure out whether my setup is correct or if I need to switch games. The best driver I’ve used so far has caused lag but hasn’t led to crashes. I’m considering updating, though, since newer games demand better performance. If I stick with the current setup, I risk losing enjoyment due to frequent interruptions. It’s a tough decision between stability and speed.
