So on my PC there used to be a Ryzen 3000 Vega before I upgraded to a Ryzen 5600. When trying the upgrade, no display appeared on my screen. I went back to the previous model to update the BIOS, but even then the old CPU stopped working. The PC boots normally but still doesn’t show anything on the screen. I have an RX 6650 XT and have tried removing the CMOS, reinstalling it, and even taking out the RAM without success. I’m not sure what else to do.

You likely made the error, you should have updated the BIOS before installing the new CPU. Removing the CMOS and reinstalling the old CPU should have fixed the problem. It seems you removed the battery, but I don't believe your board has a CMOS button or jumper. How long did you leave the battery out before putting it back? If it was less than 10 minutes, try again and wait at least 10 minutes or more.

Before deciding, check if the old battery is still functional and consider replacing it with a fresh one. If unsure, install the new battery and remove the CMOS for a short period to ensure proper settings.
