So I cleaned my pc today, and now there is no display signal. I have reseated the ram and gpu. I've tried different ports, hdmi and dp. I've turned it off and on a few times. Still nothing. Am I missing something? any thoughts?
No flashing lights in sight. My specs are a Ryzen 5 2600X, B450M Pro4, and a 3060 Ti GPU.
Have you attempted disconnecting your GPU and connecting your HDMI cable directly to the motherboard to check for display functionality?
He could use an external monitor or a dedicated graphics card to achieve display output.
Are you certain you didn’t accidentally press the power button on the PSU, or did you unplug it?
The entire system activates, yet there is no visible output from the monitoring device.
Are you sure all the power cables are properly positioned? For example, the CPU power pin.
Twenty-four hours passed, and I tried fixing it twice. I still don’t have any hint about what’s wrong, but I’m happy to say I took the whole computer apart and connected it to a test setup—it’s now working fine. At least I’m sure nothing is broken from that.
