Hey, your new PC isn’t turning on at all when the GPU is connected—no lights, no fan spinning, nothing. But it powers up normally and runs without the GPU. You installed Windows and everything else works fine without it. You’ve swapped cables and tried various slots, but still can’t get it to boot with the GPU. No other GPUs available, so any advice would be appreciated. Specs: Motherboard MSI Z590 Gaming Force, CPU i5 10600k, GPU Evga Gtx 1070, PSU Corsair RM650, RAM Corsair Vengenance 2 x 16GB.

Consider switching to different cables. Ensure the power supply is fully connected at the PSU side and verify that the GPU isn’t using the same cables as the CPU.
