Here are some alternative phrasings of your situation:

- My setup includes a PSU, MSI Pro B660m-a, new RAM sticks, a Zotac RTX 3060 GPU, an i5 12600KF CPU with ML240L cooler, a 2TB HDD and two 500GB SSDs.
- The main issues I’m facing are: the system freezes frequently, it won’t show any output, and after a crash it restarts but remains blank.
- Initially, it worked when I placed the 1660 Super in a different PCIe slot, but moved or bumped the 3060 and the display disappeared.
- After replacing the motherboard and RAM, the 3060 still didn’t appear in diagnostics, though the 1660 performed perfectly.
- I’ve tried swapping RAM, updating BIOS, resetting settings, and testing on different ports and connections.
- Sometimes removing two RAM modules resolves the problem temporarily, but the display drops after a few minutes.
- The card worked fine in another system, so it’s likely a hardware issue with this one.
- I’m unsure what’s causing the problem—everything functions with the 1660 Super, yet not with the 3060, which has been verified as working.
- Any advice on troubleshooting steps or possible fixes would be appreciated.

I also tried a Corsair 750W and got the same outcome. Both monitors on my PC are functioning with the 1660, so I’m not sure what’s wrong.

Have you explored alternative HDMI or DP connections?

I've checked the HDMI and all three display connections, but it still doesn't work.
