The issue seems to be related to the HDMI connection on your 5700X and B550M board. Try checking the HDMI cable, ensure it's properly plugged in, and verify that the monitor is powered on. Also, confirm that the GPU is connected correctly and not causing conflicts. If the problem persists, inspect the HDMI port for damage or incorrect settings.

You require a video output from the motherboard to connect your GPU, since the 5700X lacks an integrated GPU and thus doesn’t provide its own output.

I was verifying if my motherboard could provide output. I wasn't aware that the 5700X doesn't integrate a GPU. Appreciate the clarification.

Only CPU models ending with "G" include an iGPU for Zen 3 and earlier versions. Zen 4 introduces a very limited integrated GPU on all CPUs. If you already have a separate discrete GPU, it’s mostly useful just for troubleshooting if your dedicated GPU isn’t functioning.
