No salida después de reinstalar Windows
I was updating Windows on my younger sibling's machine, but I struggled to access the boot options and couldn't find my USB device. When I pressed all the buttons, nothing appeared on the screen or it displayed the lock screen. After testing every possible combination, I removed the drive from his computer and inserted it into mine to install Windows there. Once that worked, I brought it back and the system started up, but no boot options showed. I adjusted the resolution to match his monitor, yet it didn’t function. After another reinstall, the problem persisted. Neither of those steps seemed to resolve the issue.
I can attempt other methods later. The reason I adjusted Windows was because that's the only modification I made—it had all his hard drives in the back, so I didn’t even access the front panel. There’s nothing there that could have been damaged, and it functioned properly before I removed the hard drive.
The problem was resolved after some troubleshooting. I recalled that even basic motherboards often have a small LED indicating issues, which turned out to be a hardware fault. We tried swapping the GPU first because it’s the simplest replacement, and that worked. It seems odd it happened right after installing Windows, so anyone with suggestions would be appreciated. I’m likely selling it for parts.
