Gathered the latest configuration, yet the new GPU (RTX 4060) isn’t showing up. When connected to the motherboard, only a black cursor appears. Swapping it with an older GTX 1060 fixed the issue. This ongoing issue has been challenging since I reset Windows. I’m considering a different GPU model due to potential incompatibility concerns, even though it seems unusual.
Plug in 1060, DDU, reinstall drivers, then swap back to 4060. If it doesn't work, send the card back.
PCIE riser creation needs to align with the BIOS configuration. Since my PCIE riser version is 3.0, the BIOS should also be configured accordingly.
