I wasn’t certain where to concentrate cleaning efforts on IPA for this problem, but you’re correct about requesting an RMA. The item in question is the White Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo—it’s quite impressive with its size and excellent cable routing. They also offer an XL variant. Edit: Could you clarify their repair costs?
