For variable refresh rate, adjust it through the monitor settings and the GPU control interface. If your display supports Freesync or Gsync, activate it in both the monitor configuration and the graphics driver software. Use DP mode instead of HDMI.

The number 100 is under 144, so you can't adjust the frame rate to match your monitor's refresh rate. That means it's not possible unless you reduce other settings like resolution.
