Upgrade Windows to the newest version available. Include every update, including non-essential ones such as software patches and language packs.

I’m not sure how to explain this. Are you looking for ways to install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8.1 with all updates? I can share my setup on Windows 7.

I had a score of 9926, but after upgrading it to around 10, it became extremely unstable, so I rolled it back. Maybe that's why I never managed to get mine.
