You're already signed up—just wait for the update in your Uplay account. They mentioned releasing it in phases, so it might take a couple of days.

Beta keys are being distributed gradually, allowing you to obtain yours on the final day if you haven't paid yet.

They are distributing the keys to individuals. That's what they mentioned on the forums, at least. If you registered and "received access," you'll get it soon.
