Yes, you can play Watch Dogs smoothly on your setup. Your hardware includes a strong processor, sufficient RAM, and a modern OS, which should help keep things running without noticeable delays.

I suggest 720p resolution for smooth performance at 30-40 frames per second with mzaid1

Integrated graphics could work smoothly at 800x600 resolution with lower settings.

The iGPU seems unsuitable for the game. Watch_Dogs is often criticized for lacking optimization, yet my observations suggest it might perform adequately—perhaps around 30 FPS, though that's uncertain.

They say bootcamps require a lot of resources, which makes it hard to consider. Plus, Intel Graphics isn’t exactly ideal, and Watch Dogs has a terrible port.

Weird. My friend mentioned struggling with some games while using Bootcamp. He has an Xeon with dual FirePros, right? That was about a year back. Maybe he was referring to something else.

He likely ran Parallels because it’s a virtual machine that handles demanding tasks. Bootcamp serves as Apple’s method for letting Windows start on a Mac, essentially enabling dual operating systems.
