I try to use Steam whenever I can but Origin and Battle.net are more common then. On rare chances I rely on UPlay. Desura stands out because it's DRM-free and features indie games not found elsewhere, though I don't really depend on it. Glyph appears on my wishlist mainly for exclusives like Archeage, but like most services outside Steam, I only use it when necessary. Check humblebundle.com, bundlestars.com and indiegala.com for any good offers.

In addition to Steam and Origin I have the Battle.net client for Blizzard games. Works fine for SC2 and Hearthstone There's also Capsule from greenmangaming for older games that are nowhere else. I'd avoid everything but Steam tbh, unless necessary
