The manual indicates this motherboard doesn't accept 5600 MT/s memory speeds. Accepted rates are -5200MT/s, -4800MT/s, and -4400MT/s. It seems this limitation could be the issue. Interestingly, the supported memory list includes many higher speeds, which may raise questions about its accuracy.
