I recently added two SSDs to my PC. During startup I heard an arc-like noise from a PCIe slot near the drive bay. The back panel LEDs work fine, but when I power on, the lights flicker, the fan runs briefly, then resets, and the LEDs behave normally. This sounds like a capacitor problem. Should I try to use the warranty or fix it myself? Also, the GPU didn’t show the same issue. Is there another solution or repair I should consider?

I would remove the board.
