No power detected, VGA indicator illuminated

Hello, I’m setting up my first PC. After assembling everything, I only saw a VGA indicator and nothing else when trying to boot. I have the following components: Gigabyte Z690 Aero G DDR4 board, AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, Intel i5-12600KF processor, MSi A850GL 850W power supply, LS 520 SE 240mm AIO cooler, and two 16GB DDR4 3600MHz RAM sticks. All parts are brand new and just unpacked.

Based on what I understand, I also attempted to start without the GPU, but that didn’t work. The problem remained consistent. I also re-seated it and checked the RAM, but nothing changed. I reset the CMOS as well.

You've just purchased and opened the package, so you're all set. You might want to make a few manual updates now.

Yes, the 7800 can operate on another machine if it's compatible with the system and software requirements.

It seems I lack a separate device for testing. The issue might not be with the GPU since it still works during boot without it.
