I can share it using two sticks 2 and 4, but not with 1 and 3. Clearing the CMOS and inserting sticks 1 and 3 still doesn’t post.

It seems the board or the CPU memory controller isn't accepting that RAM kit, possibly due to a hardware problem.

I switched to another memory type and still faced the same problem. Should I consider upgrading RAM or replacing the CPU?

It seems you're uncertain about something. You might want to check both the RAM and CPU to avoid extra costs when troubleshooting.

Thanks for the assistance, I had replaced the RAM and it functions perfectly with four sticks.
