I configured a new PC setup. The system includes an x470 gaming plus with MB G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (4x4GB), 288-pin DDR4 SDRAM, 3200 MHz (PC4 25600), and a desktop memory model F4-3200C16Q-16GB VRAM. It runs Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, OEM SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 250GB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC SSD. I upgraded the CPU RAM, checked the power supply and 24-pin connector. I used two monitors—one HDMI, the other DVI/DHCI—and the case and CPU fans are operational. I’m experiencing issues with the PC not booting or displaying properly.
I power up the computer but there is no screen showing anything.

Yes, you can still access the information without a monitor. Use voice commands or text-based interfaces to navigate and perform tasks.
I verify the motherboard and has the latest BIOS, I received another board with identical RAM but same problem MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX AM4 AMD B450 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard
I’d suggest running just 2 sticks of memory in the recommended slots as per the manual. A clean CMOS after removing 2 sticks works well. After a 10-second jumper, perform a full wipe, then remove the battery for 10 minutes before clearing the CMOS in 15 seconds. If you still face issues, feel free to return. Typically found on the lower right side of the motherboard. The manual will highlight the precise spot. Look for a printed indicator on the board beside the pins. You can also configure all defaults in the BIOS. It’s usually among the final two tabs in the main BIOS menu. There you can save settings and restart.
