No post detected and VGA fan remains inactive.
I just swapped my mainboard to a new mainboard because the old mainboad is broken after i tested it in another machine, my old mainboard is B550M DS3H and i swapped it with A320M-S2H. Everything worked fine then i tried to update the bios to F32 so i could update it to the latest version. Then after the update process was finished it reboot itself, then after the reboot there was no Post and my VGA fan won't spin. I dont even know if the VGA is working fine in the new board or not, but i do know that it was working fine before the update. I already tried to clear the CMOS by jumping it or removing the batteries but theres no change after doing that for few times. I dont know what to do now, if it wasnt working for a week i probably will try to get my warranty.
