I had a Ryzen 3900X, an ASUS Prime 570X-P, GTX 1070, Corsair DDR4 RAM, and a Corsair fully modular PSU. I planned to upgrade my prebuilt CyberPower PC by swapping the motherboard, CPU, and PCIe controller, but after assembling the new parts it wouldn’t boot. I went through all the checklists, used the old PCIe controller, tested various RAM modules, but nothing worked. Even after following the checklist again, everything remained unresponsive. I assumed the motherboard was faulty. When I reinstalled the old system, it came back with an MSI H110 motherboard, i7-6700K, but still wouldn’t boot. I tested both PCIe controllers and different RAM sticks, all connectors checked multiple times. I spent six hours trying to resolve the issue. Important notes: I tested it on two monitors on the MSI board, which displayed EZ Debug Dramas with a red light that didn’t change or flash. All fans, CPU fan, and HDD were lighting up (red RGB). When I unplugged the HDMI cable, it showed “no cable connected,” but reconnecting it showed “no signal” (orange light). The HDMI worked on a PS4. All my Ryzen components were brand new, and the original prebuilt was from CyberPower PC.
