It's unique—never seen anything like it. I might need to check it out. I've only ever seen yes/no lights. Would you like to know the model?

I was pretending about the amps—it was just a quick look at the image on Amazon as I scrolled through the reviews. The Kingwin PC Computer Power Supply Tester with a digital LCD screen and various connectors (ATX/ITX/IDE/HDD/SATA/BYI) looks promising. It should help me avoid staring at pinouts and those annoying connections while keeping test leads in place. I’m used to getting frustrated easily, but this should give me confidence about whether any smoke might have escaped.

Checking more than just the 24-pin setup works well. I like it. Probably will buy one soon.

Your PC's power and cooling system is performing well despite being unused for a long time.

Just in case you're concerned mobo was dead, it might relate to the rog b450f's low-end VRM and my own experience running a 5800X at 4.8GHz all-core OC for over six months. Now I'm using a tuf X570.
