I've repeated this process numerous times, and the straightforward solution is to remove the CMOS battery for a short period and then reinsert it; it should resolve the issue. The CMOS battery is a tiny coin-shaped component on your motherboard, usually listed in the manual.

Full system specifications provided, including PSU make and model. Checked if voltage adjustment was made in BIOS or AMD tool.
I don't really recall but it seems to be related to the AMD tool. It asked for mV instead of volts and I entered 140 instead of 1400.
