Hey there, I'm not exactly smart, but I messed up the core voltage of my Ryzen 5 3600 from 1.4 to .14. Now my PC starts but won't boot. I've tried almost everything. Could this low voltage have damaged the motherboard or CPU?

I've repeated this process numerous times, and the straightforward solution is to remove the CMOS battery for a short period and then reinsert it; it should resolve the issue. The CMOS battery is a tiny coin-shaped component on your motherboard, usually listed in the manual.

He can navigate to the bios by using alternative methods since the computer isn't responding.

I know you thought it was safe, but it's still not working after leaving it on all night without power.

Full system specifications provided, including PSU make and model. Checked if voltage adjustment was made in BIOS or AMD tool.

I don't really recall but it seems to be related to the AMD tool. It asked for mV instead of volts and I entered 140 instead of 1400.
