It seems the problem might lie with the motherboard itself. Alternatively, the CPU memory controller could be the culprit. Trying a single stick—will it start in A2 or B2? If not, it may indicate a faulty CPU IMC. However, if one stick works in either slot, the issue likely points to a dead RAM slot on the motherboard.

I've been adjusting the settings, and it looks like one of the sticks isn't working properly. When everything is set up together, three function correctly, but it seems like this particular stick has an issue. I might have to replace it.
