Hi, I see your girlfriend is having trouble with her PC. When she turned it on, only one monitor was receiving a signal. After restarting, no monitors were working. The motherboard shows a yellow BOOT LED when the PC starts. She doesn’t know what components she has—just the parts list and box numbers aren’t available. We’ve tried several fixes: checking connections, resetting the CPU/GPU/RAM, using just one RAM stick, resetting CMOS by removing the battery for 15 minutes, and pressing the CLR_SW button. Also, we removed and reinserted the M2 SSD. We’re not sure what else to try. Thanks in advance!
