Hi, I see you're having trouble setting up your PC. When you connect the HDMI cable, nothing appears on the screen. There are no sounds, and everything looks fine except for uncertainty about some details. I've listed your components: MSI B350 motherboard, 2x 8GB DDR4 RAM at 266MHz, a PSU from Thermaltake, a Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti GPU, and a Seagate Barracuda drive. The system powers on with fans running at normal speed, the EZ debug LED lights up near the RAM area, and the GPU fans spin briefly before stopping. It didn't come with a power cord, so you tried using one from an Xbox 360. Could the missing cord be affecting it? I'm not an expert, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. This was a special gift for my son—thank you!
Did you connect the HDMI cable to the motherboard or the GPU? Refer to the motherboard manual for details about the EZ debug light.
Hi, thank you for the update. I managed to get it running, but I need to perform a factory reset since I can't log in without the password. However, when I tried holding shift, restarting, troubleshooting, and resetting, the system reported an error and no changes were applied. What should I do next?
I won<|pad|> a bit of info and just want to erase everything (keeping Windows intact)
