Hello. I’m setting up my first PC today. It powers on and all fans and LEDs are active, but the monitor doesn’t display anything. The keyboard and mouse both respond. Previously, with just one RAM stick installed, I saw a display appear. After adding another stick, I still couldn’t get a screen. Now, when I connect the RAM sticks, the monitor remains unresponsive. It turns on when I power the PC up, but then it keeps cycling through input ports until it finds no signal. The MOBO shows both the 'EZ DEBUG LED' and the 'BOOT' light in green, which matches the user manual’s warning about a boot failure. Any guidance would be really helpful.

Here’s a summary of my setup:
- MSI MAG B660 TOMOHAWK WIFI DDR4
- Intel i12700 CPU
- AORUS WATERFORCE X240 AIO cooler
- MSI VENTUS 3X Plus
- RTX 3070 GPU
- 32GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR4 (2x16GB)
- RM750 PSU
- TeamGROUP MP33 SSD, Seagate 2TB Barracuda HDD
- NZXT H5 Flow Case

I’ve double-checked all connections and cables. I’ve tested with only one RAM stick, swapped slots, used HDMI, and even reset the CMOS. No spare parts available.

What else should I try? Please let me know if you notice anything unusual in the photos. Thanks!
Best,

Added visuals, detached the graphics card from the machine, and connected the monitor to the MoBo DP. Verified if the system could post. Your display should recognize the input, power up, and improve detail for clearer viewing. Adjust boot sequence so Windows boots first. It’s not ideal without the GPU, but it gets the system running. Once the GPU is back in, you can thoroughly examine troubleshooting steps. If the screen fails to turn on during posting, press F2 repeatedly for about 30 seconds and then try adjusting the screen settings.

You should check the BIOS settings after turning the system back on. Make sure everything is properly connected and powered. If the issue persists, consider testing with a different power source or consulting the manufacturer’s support.

Begin by installing Windows. After that, you can install the NVIDIA drivers before moving forward with GPU troubleshooting.

Verify the internal graphics configuration, ensuring it isn't restricted to integrated only mode. Review display output and PCIe settings. If possible, test with a separate VGA power cable connected directly to the GPU rather than using a single cable with two connectors.
