I'll clarify the situation. I sent my monitor to a service center for repair, stopped using my PC after a week when it came back from service, and then reconnected it. When I turned it on, the Gigabyte motherboard logo appeared, but the monitor showed no signal. I tried connecting via another HDMI port, but still got no signal. I attempted to reinstall Windows 10, which worked, but it displayed low resolution. After installing the GPU driver (Adrenalin 2020 Edition 19.12.2), I was instructed to restart the system. It kept showing the same issue—Gigabyte logo with no signal or black screen. I suspect a problem with the GPU or drivers, since I'm using an internal AMD Ryzen 3 2200G without an external GPU. My PC specs are: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G, 8 GB RAM, GIGABYTE B450. Please help me.

Link it with a TV or another device and check if the issue persists.

Consider the port your monitor supports.
