Following a standard restart a few days back my computer turns on with fans running but no screen appears. We've tested the CMOS battery and swapped out the monitors, yet we're unsure what else to investigate. The system specs are: processor AMD Ryzen 3 1200 4-core at 3.1 GHz, graphics Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 2400RPM Toshiba PC P3001TB HDD. Any advice would be invaluable.

No screen indicates a potential GPU problem. Restart your GPU and verify all power connectors on the card itself, then test different outputs.
