I powered on my machine from sleep and saw nothing on the screen. All USB devices failed to connect, the CPU indicator lit up, and the DRAM activated. No matter how many times I tried to restart it, the same issue persisted. I’m unsure if malware is involved or if it simply didn’t start properly. If anyone has any advice, it would be great. This matters a lot to me, though I don’t know what to do next. My system details are: CPU i5 8400, GPU Zotac 3060TI, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB HDD SSD, SATA 230GB SSD, ROG Strix B360F motherboard, EVGA 850W power supply, running Windows 10.

I attempted to power off the device via the case button, but received a message about low camera quality.

I pressed f1 the previous evening and it started Windows, but upon powering it up this morning it displayed the same CPU flash and DRAM light. The fans initially stopped and then restarted, repeating this pattern every five seconds, yet there was no screen or USB connection.
