Your setup seems to be working fine, but you're experiencing issues where everything lights up and fans spin without any display appearing. This could indicate a power supply or cable problem, or possibly an issue with the GPU itself. Check the power connections thoroughly and ensure the monitor is properly connected and powered. If the problem persists, consider testing with a different cable or power source.

I can't understand the manual because it's in simplified Chinese. Try looking at the LED colors on the board when you power it up to check for issues. I'm not sure if the color codes match your model, but on my ASUS board, white light suggests a GPU problem, red or orange indicates hardware configuration errors, and yellow means RAM issues. Also, it might need a BIOS update to work with the 5000 series AMD chips depending on when it was made.

Could require a BIOS upgrade to function with the 5600, as mentioned earlier. Ensure BIOS is version 3211 or higher.

I noticed none of the LEDs are activating, so I’ll attempt the BIOS update. I’m unsure how to proceed without accessing the system. I’ll see what happens.

Ensure you have a compatible CPU from the 3000 series for BIOS updates. Check if it supports Qflash or EZ FLASH options; otherwise, it may not be suitable.
