I enabled secure boot for some reason and now the PC isn't showing any signal. I've tried all the advice from the community—like resetting the BIOS with CMOS, removing the GPU and drives—but nothing works. The motherboard is MS-7D48 and the CPU is i5-12400f with an RTX 4060.

The CPU lacks an integrated graphics unit, meaning you won't see a screen unless you connect the GPU and link the monitor to it.
