Hi, I just upgraded my desktop CPU from an i3 3220 to an i5 3470. It worked well until I installed and used the ASUS GPU Tweak II software to overclock my NVIDIA G-FORCE GT730 DDR3 GPU. I only changed the 3D settings and then the computer stopped responding, showing a blue screen. After waiting a while, I restarted it but there was no display—no BIOS at all, just a blank screen.

I tried several troubleshooting steps:
1. Switched to a different VGA cable
2. Removed the battery from the motherboard
3. Changed the RAM slots, which removed the RAM entirely
4. Checked the PSU, CPU, and chassis fans—everything was working fine
5. Removed my GPU
Even after replacing the power grid wall socket, nothing functioned properly.

Could you help me resolve this issue?

After removing the CMOS battery, did you connect the monitor to the IGP on the board? What type of motherboard are you using? Does the motherboard emit a beep when it starts?

I removed the CMOS battery and GPU, then connected the monitor to the motherboard's VGA port, but the display still didn't appear. The motherboard model is ASUS P8H61-M PRO with a 1155 socket.
