I recently assembled my own PC featuring an i7 13th gen processor, an MSI Pro Z790-A WiFi DDR4 RAM, and Vengeance RAM. Whenever I attempt to install Minecraft or use Software Inside MSI Center, it consistently generates errors—except when connected via Wi-Fi. I can browse the internet using Ethernet but face issues installing certain programs. I've tried turning off the firewall or adjusting my router settings, yet nothing resolved the problem. These are the frustrating issues.

I will report the issue here: download failed due to connection reset. The file netty-handler-4.1.82.Final.jar is not found in the specified location.
