They haven't fulfilled many of their promises. In some areas, they falsely claimed all languages were available and then removed them after launch to hide their actions. The store page was altered significantly once it went live. I can't even reach the title screen now because it's broken. I've also reinstalled it, but I'm not sure if that helps. I'm not suggesting legal action, just wondering if someone more frustrated exists who might be trying to harm ubi. It would be entertaining to see. Edit: I confirmed they say you can't join a lawsuit against them with the free DLC they provided.

I no longer purchase Ubisoft titles. It doesn’t matter to me.

You might be able to? *Sprints toward the courtroom* But perhaps Ubisoft shareholders will handle it eventually (EA shareholders did so for BF4 too)

They likely realize they’d be outmatched, since Ubisoft hasn’t taken any action you could legally challenge.

Ubisoft seems determined to protect itself, indicating they believe there’s a valid claim against them.

I wouldn't file a lawsuit, yet it makes sense to involve Trading Standards.

I believe this would be beneficial. I’m sure they should have taken the warning seriously because their stock value dropped significantly.
