I assembled a completely new PC setup, everything is connected and it starts up, but it doesn’t boot. I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and fixed most issues, yet nothing works.
It doesn’t start up via BIOS on my screen—it shows no signal—but my computer turns on. I’m unable to install an operating system because it won’t even reach BIOS. For the components listed below, here’s a summary:

Are you checking if the video cable connects to the 4060 port or the motherboard? It needs to be plugged into the 4060 to function properly. The motherboard BIOS could also be outdated and might not recognize your CPU yet. Your graphics card slot supports BIOS flashback, allowing you to update the BIOS without any physical hardware (except the power supply). For more details, see the guide here: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1038568/. If using flashback, you can keep your CPU and RAM installed.
Can you provide an image or describe the American Megatrends display? Does it indicate the presence of a Ryzen 5600X on the motherboard? Verify that all required power connections are secured (such as the 8-pin CPU power and any PCI-E cables needed by the graphics card, etc.). The Ryzen 5600X isn't supported until the BIOS firmware is updated to version 2904 or later.
It's all set so far. The system is running BIOS version 4604 with a Ryzen 5600X processor and 16GB of RAM available. You should press F1 to enter the BIOS setup. This is your first time installing, so follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
