It's an AIO model for a 1070, but during service I noticed the sleeve came off halfway. The others worked fine, but I'm worried about damaging the card.

You have several options for removing the screw. My preferred technique is superglue application (using JB weld with heavy-duty tools or items). You can go ahead and let it set before taking it out, then swap it out for a new one.

This approach has a nearly 99% success rate. A helpful hint for the operation is to use masking tape on the screw to prevent unwanted welding.

Next time you grab a screwdriver I advise learning how to use it first. It could be you have the improper size too. They are prob a number one. You want to check first by placing it in the screw first and turn it back and forth slightly. Just to see if it has any play to it. Ideally, it will be tight. If not, you want the one that fits the tightest. You also need to apply some pressure towards the screw to keep it properly seated in the head of the screw. Depending on what the screw is going into and what it mounted to will sometimes dictate how much pressure you can apply. If ness and poss, use your other hand to sure up whatever your screwing into or out. It may sound like duh, it's just a screwdriver but I assure you there is a proper way as well as an improper way to use one. And with any tool there are a variety of dif techniques in which to use them. Once you master that or even follow the information I've provided, you won't end up making screws look like that again or make these any worse than they are right now.
