Due to the GPU scarcity, this appears to be a solid alternative to a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with Vega 8 graphics, roughly $50 more expensive at the moment.

Vega 8 outperforms UHD 630 and even the latest UDH 730/750. When a GPU isn't available, it remains a decent option.

They are available from other vendors. They aren't included with a guarantee or any additional benefits because they're aftermarket tray CPUs.
