I don’t understand the issue but I’m unable to access the servers. It’s been happening with Rainbow Six Siege too, and I’m really hoping to play. I’ve tried disconnecting my router, reinstalling it, and completely removing AVG, but nothing works. I don’t have any antivirus software installed right now, and I’m still unable to play. Anyone know what’s going on? Is it possible for others to connect too?
It seems to be functioning properly. EA typically manages this well. I reviewed my friend's profile and noticed he has a rank, suggesting he entered the game recently. It usually takes about a second to load, but I’m stuck on the loading screen due to a connection issue with EA servers. This happened before too, in Rainbow Six Siege, and I couldn’t resolve it despite my efforts. My NAT setting is moderate, yet now I’m unable to access the betas. So far, full games work fine, but not the beta versions.
They definitely have the funds for this kind of thing. I'm pretty certain it's connected to my network—it was similar to Rainbow Six.
