HP OMEN 30L z590 board appears to only support BIOS firmware from the 11th generation. Using MMTool to add 10th generation microcode into the BIOS and flashing with CH341a programmer isn’t working. The i7-10700 is installed, but the CPU fan spins during startup and stops, no beep or confirmation.
