Hi, I'm being honest about my situation. I own a Huawei B2368-66 and need a firmware update, but I can't get an upgrade through the equipment account since Huawei seems unresponsive. The support team is slow, and I'm stuck without a proper account. An official firmware source requires an equipment account, which is essential for accessing the update page. The support system is frustrating, but I understand they're managing business priorities. Anyone with an upgraded Huawei account or updated firmware files would be helpful—just need a password or details. Thanks ahead. P.S. The B2368 works well for home 4G internet, but avoid changing the firmware unless you're sure about the new password or locked bands. The default password is built in, and uploading firmware with an unknown password will prevent access to your router. I know my current password, so a change is possible, but the new version blocks some bands and prevents use of my outdoor unit. It's not a rush since I already have another router (Huawei B818) that works perfectly. Have a good day.
